salvation

The Bible tells us that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins as a vicarious, substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the basis of His shed blood, and are born of the Holy Spirit and thereby become the children of God (Romans 5:8-9; 1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Romans 3:24-26; John 3:3-6; John 1:12). Those born again by the Spirit of God have eternal salvation and can never be lost (Romans 8:28-39; John 10:27-30; Romans 5:1-11).
